Injection Mold Design, Manufacturing And Assembly

Business Process:
1. Receive customer quotation application (including product drawings and various mold requirements).
2. Quotation review, quotation production and output.
3. The customer receives the quotation and discusses and communicates with us.
4. After several rounds of communication, the customer finally confirmed the latest quotation, issued the order, and paid the advance payment.
5. After receiving the advance payment, we will carry out mold design, parts manufacturing, mold assembly & trial molding according to customer requirements. Trial mold samples will be sent to customers for review.
6. The customer receives the sample and makes a request for modification or confirms that the sample is qualified.
7. Modify the mold partially according to the customer's requirements, try the mold again, and send the trial mold sample to the customer for review.
8. The customer confirms that the sample is qualified and the mold is verified for small batch production.
9. The customer confirms that the mold is qualified and pays the second installment.
10. After receiving the second installment, arrange the mold export freight.
11. The mold is shipped by sea or air to the location designated by the customer.
12. The customer receives the mold and conducts production verification. After confirming that it is qualified, the customer pays the balance within the agreed time.
